Cloud Compute — FAQs
What’s the difference between Regular and High Performance?
Regular Performance uses previous-generation CPUs with standard SSD. High Performance uses newer-generation Intel Xeon CPUs with NVMe SSD for faster storage and improved performance.
Are these shared CPU plans?
Yes — shared vCPU with predictable performance suitable for websites, apps, dev/test and small databases.
Do you include backups and snapshots?
Backups can be scheduled for disaster recovery; snapshots provide point-in-time images before changes. Both support quick restores.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Move between plans or to High Performance as needs grow. We assist with maintenance windows and snapshot rollbacks.
Do you help with security?
Yes — we advise on firewall rules, OS hardening and SSL. We can recommend additional protections based on the workload.
